Supported Card Brands
These are the networks Migo accepts in Guatemala today. Which brands are actually accepted on a given Payment Link depends on the acquiring processor configured for your merchant account (fac, fac-2, visa-cybersource, etc.).

The hosted checkout detects the brand from the card number and applies the matching rules automatically — you don't select a brand when creating the link.
Brand-specific notes
Visa
- Full 3DS2 challenge and frictionless flows supported.
- Visa Direct payouts not yet available via Migo.
Mastercard
- Full 3DS2 supported.
- Mastercard Send payouts not yet available via Migo.
American Express
- Requires a separate merchant agreement with Amex (contact your Migo account manager).
- Card-present limited to Amex-enabled terminals.
- CVV is 4 digits (on the front of the card).
Discover / Diners
- Volume is limited in Guatemala — expect occasional declines from the issuer.
- Diners cards often fall back to 3DS1.
